FRI’s Vikki Martin was asked to speak about the good work of the Ferguson Road Initiative and spoke about the significant impact a Regional Recreation Wellness Center will have for the residents of Far East Dallas.
Vikki spoke on June 17. Altrusa Dallas is an international service organization dedicated to woman, children, and families. Their mission is "Educating Families For a Better Future," with a strong emphasis on literacy. Altrusa made a contribution to their International Foundation in honor of FRI that supports literacy efforts.
