Our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Center is VITAL to far East Dallas. Do you need help with your taxes? Know someone who does? FRI's partnership with State Representative Eric Johnson, Foundation Communities and United Way is having some amazing results. Our center has moved to space provided by the White Rock Church of Christ at 2615 Hibiscus Rd.
Our project coordinators report that they have completed over 450 tax returns so far this year for over $1,039,000 in refunds. Volunteers are available to help you or your neighbors Monday through Thursday evenings, 6pm-9pm, or Saturday's 10am-4pm. No appointment required.
